U.S. LUGGAGE is proud to stand behind the integrity of our products. They are constructed of the highest quality materials, and reflect our painstaking attention to workmanship and durability. We guarantee this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of its original purchase.
If defective, this product will be repaired or replaced at the option and expense of U.S. LUGGAGE / SOLO, excluding the transportation charges. Please note this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage.
For product service or repair, we ask that you send the product, freight prepaid, to the following address with the original proof of purchase, along with an explanation of the problem.
