Individually fine-tuned shock mounts for each application provide a slightly smaller sway space than the Classic to ensure good shock and vibration dampening as well as adequate cooling airflow for operating equipment. A Hardigg RADE Rackmount case offers positive anti-shear locks which prevent lid separation from body on impact and minimizes stress on hardware. These cases are rotationally molded so that corners and edges are 10% to 20% thicker than wall, providing strength where you need it most. Also, one piece design means stress-free molded lids and base. The recessed hardware is fully protected from damage. With Hardigg's molded tongue-in-groove gasketed parting line, the resilient polyethylene shell returns to original configuration after impact. Elastomeric Shock Mounts provide controlled shock and vibration levels, providing sway space to allow good air flow for cooling. Hardigg's molded-in metal insert for catch and hinge attachment points assures hardware will not penetrate container shell; metal insert spreads load from hardware to container wall.
PLEASE NOTE: Hardigg cases are molded at time of order - average production time is 4-6 weeks. In the event of high factory volume - production time subject to change. For time sensitive solutions, please view to the Hardigg Black Box rack for an off the shelf solution.
