In building the ZEROLLER system many steps were taken to ensure quality. The first step was to use high-impact resistance material for the housing system. Next, we performed tests like stress analysis, flow analysis, and impact tests. The final, and perhaps most convincing test, was a road test: A ZEROLLER case was loaded with 135 pounds and pulled at running speed down the street for two miles, bouncing across gravel streets and over curbs along the way. The result: No problems with the ZEROLLER housing or wheels.
Packing space loss? Virtually none! Not only are you getting a durable system, you're not giving up the ultimate function: packing space.
The large interior space is lined with black Neoprene fabric, full curtain divider and suit folder.
