ZARGES MITRASET CASE CONSTRUCTION
Why a ZARGES Mitraset® Case?

They fulfill numerous protective functions: they prevent mechanical stresses such as impact, knocks and vibrations, provide protection against electromagnetic interference from radio waves, lightning strikes etc. as well as general environmental influences such as heat, moisture, dust etc.

In order to meet these requirements Mitraset 19" housings are constructed as follows: a casing in seal-welded construction made from high-strength aluminum sheets and sections and an elastic suspension anti-vibration frame in extruded construction. The device itself is inserted into this framework and screwed down.

The anti-vibration framework is connected to the casing by means of rails and rubber shock mounts and the material and type of mount are selected in accordance with the appropriate requirements. This arrangement means that the entire framework can be removed.

Protection category IP 65 to DIN 40050 and ICE 34-5/529 achieved through the use of a welded housing and lid with peripheral seal.
