We handcraft each item to the best of our manufacturing capabilities and we pride ourselves on having a very low number of warranty repair claims. We use only the finest and most durable materials available; however, since all of our items are handcrafted, human error may occur. Our leather products are designed to improve with age. Each Jack GeorgesŪ product comes with a lifetime warranty. This warranty entitles the buyer to repairs due to defective parts or workmanship. This warranty is valid for the life of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes scratches or abnormal abuse of the materials. This warranty is not designed to be used as a replacement policy through the manufacturer. Product maintenance or refurbishing is available for a nominal charge.
