HARDIGG ROTOMOLDED CASES WARRANTY

Hardigg Industries, Inc. ("Hardigg") warrants its rotationally molded containers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Such warranty does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, retractable handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Hardigg warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from shipment.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, Hardigg makes no warranty that the containers will conform to any military or other specifications.

Hardigg's liability to the purchaser, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, are limited, at Hardigg's option, to the repair or replacement of any defective part of the containers, or to the refund of the purchase price for such containers following the return to Hardigg of the containers. In no event shall Hardigg's liability to the purchaser for damages hereunder exceed the purchase price of the containers in respect of which damages are claimed.

Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable following discovery of any defect. The purchaser must obtain a RMA from Customer Service prior to returning any containers. In the event that Hardigg determines that the returned containers are not defective, within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay Hardigg all costs of handling, transportation and repairs at Hardigg's prevailing rates. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the container has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

HARDIGG STORM INJECTION MOLDED CASES WARRANTY

Hardigg Industries, Inc. ("Hardigg") warrants its injection-molded container against any defect in materials or workmanship, and breakage under normal use conditions for the life of the product. EXCEPT FOR BREAKAGE, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF THE CONTAINER.

If you believe the container is defective and that this warranty covers such defect, you must return the container to Hardigg for inspection. You must first obtain an RMA number from Customer Service prior to returning any containers. If Hardigg determines that the returned container is defective, Hardigg will 1) pay for all shipping costs incurred in the return of the product if provided proof of such shipping costs, and 2) either repair or replace the container, or refund the original purchase price of the container if a repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made. In the event that Hardigg determines that the returned containers are not defective, within the terms of this warranty, you shall pay Hardigg all costs of handling, transportation, and repairs/ replacement at Hardigg's prevailing rates.

This warranty is void if the container has been altered, damaged, or in any way physically changed, subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident or not maintained in strict compliance with the "Care and Use Instructions" included with this product.

RETURN REQUESTS

Due to the custom nature of this product any accessorized, modified and / or customized Hardigg Container or interior cushioning systems ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Additionally, orders may not be cancelled once placed into production with the factory. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details regarding this policy.

You are also encouraged to contact Root International, Inc. Customer Service at 813-265-1808 regarding all return policy inquiries.

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR QUOTATION CAREFEULLY BEFORE ORDERING to insure that all dimensions, colors and options are correct. All stated cushioning dimensions are estimates only - differences between estimated and actual cushioning dimensions are not covered under warranty and are not cause for return.

Return requests, other than Warranty claims, will be assessed and approved on a case by case basis due to differing manufacturer's return policies; Cases2Go and the Manufacturer reserve the right not to accept any product for return. Any approved return must be received in NEW condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except warranty returns).

Any authorized returns must have a pre-issued RMA number - call Customer Service at 813-265-1808 for instructions. Requests for a RMA number must be received by Cases2Go within seven (7) days of receipt of goods, with the exception of Warranty claims. All returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage, preferably in the original shipping container. The factory will issue a UPS call tag for most Warranty returns; all other returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. The RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Any item(s), including those under Warranty, returned without a RMA Number will be refused.
