Rock solid performance, and state-of-the-art electronic and networking technology make it possible for our clients to rest assured all KVM switches and extension products we support will perform exactly as expected, and do the job flawlessly.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the performance of any Rackit KVM product, you may return it for a full refund of the product’s purchase price (RMA required). Standard Warranty Standard Warranty on KVM products ranges from one to three years, depending on the product’s make and model. Call your Cases2Go representative for more information.

Extended Warranty Options Extended Warranty is an option allowing for KVM switching hardware (excluding cables) to be covered under similar conditions as in the standard warranty, for an extended period of time. Click here for more information

Extended Warranty

Purchase an extended warranty with your initial product order and gain the added benefit of an additional one to two years of extended warranty coverage. All Rackit KVM products (Sylphit; MRS) come with a 12-month limited warranty coverage. Registered users are eligible to purchase a one-year or two-year extended warranty, extending total coverage to two or three years.

  • Advance replacement - quickly receive a replacement unit before sending your malfunctioning product back for repair.

Warranty cost and savings are determined by list price and the warranty purchase date. Warranties can be purchased at the initial product sale or any time during the standard warranty. Call your Cases2Go account representative to sign you up for the extended warranty. Please have your serial numbers available. NOTE: Some product exclusions may apply. Cables, computer interface modules and accessories are excluded from extended warranty programs.

RETURN REQUESTS

Return requests, other than Warranty claims, will be assessed and approved on a case by case basis due to differing manufacturer's return policies; Cases2Go and the Manufacturer reserve the right not to accept any product for return. Any approved return must be received in NEW condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except warranty returns).

Any authorized returns must have a pre-issued RMA number - call Customer Service at 813-265-1808 for instructions. Requests for a RMA number must be received by Cases2Go within seven (7) days of receipt of goods, with the exception of Warranty claims. All returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage, preferably in the original shipping container. The factory will issue a UPS call tag for most Warranty returns; all other returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. The RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Any item(s), including those under Warranty, returned without a RMA Number will be refused.
