ZERO HALLIBURTON LIMITED WARRANTY |
The original purchaser of a ZERO Halliburton case is covered by a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship. Designed to provide years of unrivaled protection and worry-free usage, ZERO Halliburton cases have been built to our rigorous standards of quality and are fully guaranteed against all defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the case. In the unlikely event that a case suffers from a defect, we will promptly repair it at our expense. Simply call our service center and send the case to the proper location. If repair is impracticable or cannot be performed, we will replace the case.
While each ZERO Halliburton case has been made to last a lifetime, they are still susceptible to improper usage. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, abrasions, dents or damage resulting from misuse or abuse from airlines or other carriers including damages to the contents of the case and consequential or incidental damages. Likewise, ZERO Halliburton is in no way responsible for any damages exceeding the cost of the case or the repairs made to it.
Also, it should be expected that component parts will show use over time and may eventually need to be refurbished or replaced. While this wear occurs normally and is not covered by our warranty, we will be happy to provide you with high-quality service at a reasonable cost.
ZERO Halliburton disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages are not permitted by some states and this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Warranty rights vary from state to state; and, therefore, you may have other rights in addition to those provided by this warranty.
In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, please contact the Customer Service Department for an RMA and instructions on where to send your case for warranty repairs.

RETURN REQUESTS |
Due to the custom nature of this product, ZERO Aluminum Cases (X Series) configured with instrument plates and custom interior cushioning systems ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Return requests, other than Warranty claims, will be assessed and approved on a case by case basis due to differing manufacturer's return policies; Cases2Go and the Manufacturer reserve the right not to accept any product for return. Any approved return must be received in NEW condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except warranty returns).
Any authorized returns must have a pre-issued RMA number - call Customer Service at 813-265-1808 for instructions. Requests for a RMA number must be received by Cases2Go within seven (7) days of receipt of goods, with the exception of Warranty claims. All returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage, preferably in the original shipping container. The factory will issue a UPS call tag for most Warranty returns; all other returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. The RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Any item(s), including those under Warranty, returned without a RMA Number will be refused. |
