18 x 13 x 4.5 ZERO 200 series Centurion Elite case has a deep drawn / heat treated aluminum alloy shell with interlocking tongue and groove extrusion of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, mechanically formed and compressed to the shell for superior closure. Hinge is steel pin type (separable) riveted to shell. Case features drawbolt latches (one locking), (4) riveted aluminum feet, tennite handle and an environmental seal. Material thickness .040.
ZERO design engineers have developed a special, environmentally sealed mounting panel (Optional) which utilizes the same closure system as that of the EMI version. This permits operation of an open case in field portable situations without damage to internal components and circuits.
