All products sold by Root International, Inc. / Cases2Go are covered by the manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Copies of individual Warranties may be found on the Product's web page.
Return requests, other than Warranty claims, will be assessed and approved on a case by case basis due to differing manufacturer's return policies; Cases2Go and the Manufacturer reserve the right not to accept any product for return. Any approved return must be received in NEW condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except warranty returns).
Any stock / unmodified Brenthaven, Briggs and Riley, Kendall Howard, Middle Atlantic, Hardigg Storm, Kinetics, Blow Molded, Rackit, SKB, US Luggage or ZERO Halliburton product may be returned for exchange or refund provided the product is unused, in perfect condition and has the original packing materials. Cortec products are not returnable.
Anvil, Calzone, Hardigg, ZERO 100/200 Series and other modified / customized cases are not returnable as they are manufactured to customer specifications. Customized is defined as the addition of any option, including but not limited to, hardware, custom foam, stenciling / labeling, whether included in the product description or itemized by line. If you are unsure whether your case is stock or modified, please ask your salesperson. This policy does not apply to warranty issues, which may be returned for repair or rework only. A volume order for any product is not returnable unless approved by management. Additionally, orders may not be canceled once placed with the factory. Please review your quotation carefully before ordering any cases to insure that all dimensions, colors and options are correct. All stated outside dimensions are estimates only - differences between estimated and actual outside dimensions are not covered under warranty and are not cause for return.
Any authorized returns must have a pre-issued RMA number - call Customer Service at 813-265-1808 for instructions. Requests for a RMA number must be received by Cases2Go within seven (7) days of receipt of goods, with the exception of Warranty claims. All returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage, preferably in the original shipping container. The factory will issue a UPS call tag for most Warranty returns; all other returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. The RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Any item(s), including those under Warranty, returned without a RMA Number will be refused.
