I have never purchased a piece of quality luggage, and now...I will never purchase anything else. I love the Briggs and Riley line. I purchased a scarlet Commuter Spinner and I'm shocked at how much this little bag will hold! I took a 3 day trip and I had plenty of room.

As I have become more "experienced"...read older, I have figured out I don't want to carry around the extra weight of items I "might need". A smaller case helped me be more efficient yet I still had room for items I purchased on my trip. I did not pack a laptop this trip, but the bag will hold my 15" computer. I'm sporting an injured hip and two bad knees so my travel agent planned ahead for a wheelchair at the gate. All four attendants commented on how easy the Commuter Spinner was to maneuver along with the wheelchair. Probably the biggest benefit of this particular bag is that it is a touch smaller that the airline standards. I flew Delta and was able to fit this bag in the overhead bin on the smaller aircraft without a single hiccup. I watched passenger after passenger wrestle with bags that should have been gate checked.

Why do people insist on adding stress to air travel? Get a smaller bag, or gate check it! It would save a lot of wear and tear on nerves and luggage not to mention the time it would save!! I cannot recommend the Briggs and Riley Commuter Spinner enough!
