Rolling Rotomolded Rack Case for Equipment Transport

The SKB 1SKB-R4UW combines a four-unit rack enclosure with an integrated pull handle and transport wheels. The rolling configuration is useful for applications in which rack-mounted communications, audiovisual, test, control, or electronic equipment must be moved repeatedly between vehicles, facilities, events, field locations, or deployment areas.

Front and rear threaded steel rails support compatible 19-inch rack equipment, and standard 10-32 rackmount screws are included. Equipment should be mounted according to the component manufacturer's instructions, with the weight distributed and supported appropriately for transportation.

The front and rear lids incorporate rubber gasket seals and can be removed for equipment setup, operation, inspection, maintenance, and cable access. Recessed steel Mil-Spec twist latches secure the lids while reducing unnecessary projections from the exterior.

Interlocking molded stacking bars allow the case to stack with compatible SKB shallow racks, standard roto racks, and other supported rolling rack models. Confirm the total stacked weight, stability, restraint method, and handling plan before transporting stacked equipment.

This is a hard-mounted rolling rack case and does not contain an isolated shock-mounted internal rack frame. Gasketed construction should not automatically be interpreted as submersible protection.
