Static Shock-Isolated Frame for 11U Rack Equipment

The SKB 3RS-11U24-25B combines a rugged rotomolded LMDP polyethylene shell with a shock-isolated internal rack frame. Eight elastomeric shock absorbers help reduce the shock and vibration transmitted to properly installed equipment during compatible transport and handling conditions.

The 3RS model uses a permanently mounted static rack cage rather than the positive-lock sliding frame found in SKB's 3RR Series. Equipment installation, wiring, inspection, and maintenance are performed through the open front and rear of the case after the removable lids are taken off.

The 11U frame provides approximately 19.25 inches of vertical mounting space for compatible standard 19-inch equipment. Square-hole front and rear rails accommodate compatible #10-32 or 6 mm cage nuts, allowing the rack hardware to be configured for the equipment package.

Current SKB data lists approximately 23.75 inches rail-to-rail, 31.25 inches from the front rail to the back lid, and 28.25 inches from the rear rail to the front lid.
